Every menstruation cycle is different, but studies show that a cycle typically lasts between 28 to 30 days on average. With this in mind, Cycl. bottles contain 60 gummies, intended to last you through a full 30 day cycle, if used only as directed per our full product details here.

Any person of menstruating age can take Cycl. to assist with their PMS symptoms.

For best results, take two Cycl. gummies EVERYDAY with or without food. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant before taking Cycl.

Don’t worry if you forget to take your daily Cycl. PMS gummies.

Once you remember, simply resume taking your daily Cycl. PMS gummies as directed. DO NOT take extra gummies to make up for the ones you forgot to take.
